The short versionUse Kindkilos to track your own food, drinks and exercise. Be kind, and remember it gives estimates, not medical advice.
Startup noteWe're a young startup, still building. Some features may change while we grow, and we'll always tell you first.

Who we are

  • Kindkilos is a small, early-stage startup building a kinder calorie tracker.
  • By making an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
  • If you don't agree, please don't use Kindkilos.

Not medical advice

  • Kindkilos gives estimates, not medical advice. Calorie targets, burn numbers and nutrition info are general guidance only.
  • It isn't a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other professional.
  • Talk to one before big changes, especially if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or have experienced disordered eating.
  • If something feels wrong, stop and get help.

Your account

  • You must be 16 or older.
  • Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Give us accurate info so your plan makes sense.

Play nice

  • Use Kindkilos for your own personal tracking.
  • Don't misuse it, copy it, scrape it, reverse-engineer it or try to break it.
  • We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plus & payments

  • Plus renews automatically until you cancel in Settings.
  • Cancel anytime; you keep Plus until the end of the period.
  • Message us within 14 days of a charge and we'll sort a refund.
  • This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

We're still building

  • Kindkilos is provided 'as is'. Features may change, pause or be removed as we grow.
  • Food databases and estimates can contain mistakes. Double-check anything that matters to you.
  • We'll try to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Responsibility

  • We're not liable for decisions you make based on estimates in the app.
  • Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
  • Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

Your stuff, our stuff

  • Your logs are yours. You let us store and process them only to run Kindkilos for you.
  • The app, name, characters and designs belong to Kindkilos.

Changes & law

  • We'll tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
  • You can close your account anytime.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
